Dr Ahlem Arfaoui the president of the international organization of local government , sent a cable of condolence , on the death of His majesty sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad , Amir Kuwait .
Dr Ahlem expressed her sincere condolences to the deceased and prayed to Allah Almighty to show mercy on his soul.
